What is Ashwagandha and how do I take it?

Our ashwagandha wellness supplement is a premium tincture that extracts pure herb into medical-grade alcohol to provide the fastest, most efficient results; it’s absorbed into the system more quickly than powders or tablets.

Recommended dosage: 1 ml (15 – 20 drops) in 200 ml of water, 3 times daily.

Contraindications

This product contains pharmaceutical-grade alcohol so is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or anyone who wishes to avoid alcohol.

If you are taking diabetes medications, blood pressure medications, medications that suppress the immune system, sedatives, SSRIs or medications for thyroid problems, please consult with your doctor before taking ashwagandha.

What is a herbal tincture?

We use a medical grade alcohol which is grain-derived, pure 95.5% ethanol with a distilled water 4.5% additional, adhering to the British and European pharmacopoeia monograph specification. It is approved for use in medicine production and perfectly safe for human consumption.
